Flow Roll provides martial arts academy management software, including student tracking, billing, attendance, and related features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis. You may cancel your Subscription at any time.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flow Roll Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall Flow Roll Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flow Roll Inc. is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
