Yes, Flow Roll is a month-to-month subscription. You can cancel at any time with no long-term contracts.
How do I migrate my members?expand_more
You can use our built-in Member Migration Tool to import directly from the app. Alternatively, send us your Excel or CSV file, and we'll import it for you.
If I switch from another software, do my students need to re-enter their payment cards?expand_more
No. Because Flow Roll connects directly to your own Stripe account, existing member payment methods and cards can be securely transferred via Stripe's standard data migration process without interrupting your recurring dues. We'll even help coordinate the transfer with your previous provider. Learn more in our Migration Guide.
What happens if I reach my student limit?expand_more
Your day-to-day operations never stop. You can keep using the app normally—all your existing members can still check in, attendance tracking and the front-desk kiosk run as usual, and all recurring billing processes without interruption.

The only restriction is that you cannot add new member profiles (manually, via CSV import, or by converting leads) until you upgrade. You can upgrade to the next tier in one click at any time, instantly unlocking more student seats with zero downtime.
