Can I cancel anytime?expand_more
Yes, Flow Roll is a month-to-month subscription. You can cancel at any time with no long-term contracts.
How do I migrate my members?expand_more
We do it for you, free on every plan. Send us your member list from your old software and add our team as an Editor on your staff list. We'll import your roster, link each member to their saved card, and line up each member's first charge with their old billing date. Then we start billing together on a short call. A few steps have to come from you as the account owner: connecting your Stripe account and, if your cards are moving from another processor, sending the transfer request we write for you. Prefer to do it yourself? The built-in Member Migration Tool handles it all in the app.
If I switch from another software, do my students need to re-enter their payment cards?expand_more
No. Because Flow Roll connects directly to your own Stripe account, existing member payment methods and cards can be securely transferred via Stripe's standard data migration process without interrupting your recurring dues. We write the transfer request for you and keep track of it until the cards arrive. Learn more in our Migration Guide.
What happens if I reach my student limit?expand_more
Your day-to-day operations never stop. You can keep using the app normally—all your existing members can still check in, attendance tracking and the front-desk kiosk run as usual, and all recurring billing processes without interruption.

The only restriction is that you cannot add new member profiles (manually, via CSV import, or by converting leads) until you upgrade. You can upgrade to the next tier in one click at any time, instantly unlocking more student seats with zero downtime.
